What is my signature dish? Well, to be honest, this question stumps me. I’m not certain that I have a signature dish. I think I cook so many different things that I don’t stick with anything long enough for it to become a signature. 🙂

Salmon with lemon pepper and garlic… Veggie stir fry. whole grain breads. At our age we need to eat a healthy diet. I have found joy in cooking for two, even making it look special helps to put a sparkle in the eye of those eating. We ladies have been so blest in cooking and serving others, always with thanksgiving to our Lord for His provision.
