This is a good meal for suppers when you’re in a hurry! It bakes up real pretty and is delicious, too.
Plus, it only calls for six ingredients! You can’t get much easier than that.
Easy Chicken Potpie
1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup. Pour into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate or 8-inch baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over vegetable/chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
*Tip: For more seasoning, add in 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, and 1/2 tsp. thyme or basil.*
