Summer has been packed full of fun.
We visited Ross Creek Cedars and the kids had a wonderful time exploring the big trees.
I will treasure these moments forever.
We have also went swimming quite a bit – and hope to do more of it before school starts!
Picnics.
Homemade Frappucinos.
An awesome summer treat.
And cute little robbers. Or detectives. Or perhaps just a little boy playing dress-up . . . while still in his pajamas.
Our second son, Terrel, was baptized a few weeks ago. It makes my heart weep to think of how God has been so good to me. He is gracious, He is merciful, and He has given me many blessings.
When you are lacking in girls . . . you teach your boys to snap beans.
Another new kitten on the homestead.
My favorite job of the summer . . . trimming my tomatoes. It makes them look rather desolate to some people – but to me they look beautiful because I can see all the green tomatoes that hold the promise of turning bright red!
We’ve done lots of playing. It is showing.
But happy faces are worth every hole in the jeans.
