Easy Oven Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, onions, cabbage, and mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt, pepper, and garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Fill a gallon ziploc bag 3/4 full with cut up vegetables.

  2. Pour olive oil in and sprinkle it with seasonings.

  3. Shake well.

  4. Dump onto a cookie sheet lined with foil.  Bake at 400 for 30 minutes - until vegetables have a caramelized look and are soft.
