Chicken Stuffed Crescents

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 1/4 cup cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, cheese, cream cheese, celery, onions, salt and pepper.  Lay out crescents and put 1/8th mixture on the fullest part of the crescent.  Fold and pinch together the edges.  Brush the tops with melted butter.  

  2. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Make gravy: Mix flour and butter. Gradually add the broth and milk. Cook on low until thickened. Serve over chicken crescents.
