Many years ago a little baby was born.
Today I said thank-You for giving me the precious gift of Life.
First grade came and that little baby was now learning abcs, 123s, and how to swing high.
Today I said thank-You for the gift of reading and the love of swinging.
Years later, God brought someone so special into my life . . . I wouldn’t let him go.
Today I said thank-You for fulfilling my heart’s desire.
In the yesterday of young-married life, I lost three tiny babies . . . and the grief to me looked endless.
Today I whispered thank-You as I kissed the soft, still-warm cheek of my littlest.
Over three years ago, I watched my husband laying in the emergency room . . . not knowing if he would live.
Today I said thank-You as I wrapped my arms around him yet again.
Twenty-one years ago I knelt at the foot of the cross where I’d been lost . . . and then found.
Today I told Him thank-You for dying for me.
Tomorrow I’ll go on living for Him.

It is very good to stop & think to thank Him for life-the good as well as the hard things.
